I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Ramon Suites By Smart Hotels. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the captivating Ramon Crater. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful spread of fresh cheeses and local dishes, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

The pools were crowded with children during the weekend, making it challenging to find a serene spot to relax. The staff provided helpful recommendations for exploring the nearby canyon.

The jacuzzi had a missing plug and broken parts!!! Most appliances were dysfunctional, dirty utensils in the kitchen, and inadequate cleanliness in the room!!! It really felt neglected!!!

My family and i loved our stay at ramon suites by smart hotels! The spacious family suite was perfect for us, and the staff were helpful. Having access to a clean pool and the option for late checkout made our weekend extra special.
